Mind offers information and support for mental health, including access to local resources and services. They provide a safe and supportive online community

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust - Crisis Team

Please call 0800 145 6485 and their dedicated local staff will support you to access the help you need. The phone line is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is open to people of all ages, including children and young people. 

The Samaritans

The Samaritans provide confidential emotional support for those experiencing feelings of distress or despair. Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  Call 116 123 for free.

CALM

CALM is a charity that exists to raise awareness of the issues around suicide and to reduce suicide in the UK. Their helpline is open from 5pm until midnight every day and you can call it by dialling 0800 58 58 58

National Suicide Prevention Helpline UK

National Suicide Prevention Helpline UK offers supportive listening and information to anyone having thoughts of suicide, including family, friends and carers of those having thoughts. Call 0800 689 5652 to access the helpline.
